Q1 2020 finish a long goals

The finish-a-long has moved over to instagram, but I’m going to post my list here as well. If for no other reason that it’s easier for me to find. I pulled out my 2017 Quilters Planner to use the project page to list everything (plus a pair of purple mittens). There is a pdf available as well at Sew Of Course.

Once again I’ve listed all of my outstanding projects, although my preference is to complete the oldest first.

On top of these items, I know I will make a few tote bags or similar small projects. And you guessed it, I might start another quilt…

Currently I am putting together units for Frolic, as well as making a tote bag for an instagram swap. I changed up the colours for Frolic, and I’m relieved to say they look pretty good.

Great idea. I think I’ll do a blog post as well. Good luck with your goals.

  2. Hi Lisa! I have my post ready to share as well. I definitely find myself more accountable to myself when I put it on the blog rather than IG. Plus I like to share all the details and other links for patterns, etc. That doesn’t work well on IG except as hashtags . . . ~smile~ Roseanne

  3. I have not seen this color combo for Frolic. I really like it! 🙂

    1. Thank you! I had started with the idea of an “all-neutrals” palette — I had made the “Yuma” quilt pattern for my in-laws a few years ago in a similar grey, white, and gold colour scheme and I wanted one for myself. As you can see, I did add in the softer teals and greens in order to get the number of colours required for this pattern.
