I rediscovered these shorts — or at least the pieces — a few weeks ago. My daughter is 9 and after wearing her last pair into holes, I knew I should get these made up.
The cutting was a bit crooked but at the end of the day, the $3/metre remnant fabric from 5 years ago made a cute pair of wear-all-the-time bike shorts for this active girl.
This was a goal from my Q3 finish-a-long list.
